P. Michael Gandolfo III

President and Chief Executive Officer

P. Michael Gandolfo III represents the third generation of the Gandolfo family actively involved in the management and growth of OHM International Corporation. Since joining the company in March 1996 as Operations Manager, he has played a significant role in expanding the company’s international operations, improving supply coordination systems, and strengthening the company’s global business presence.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Mr. Gandolfo earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Economics and Human and Organizational Development. Before joining OHM International Corporation, he worked within the mortgage banking industry for three years.


During his leadership at OHM International Corporation, Mr. Gandolfo helped develop and implement the company’s quality management system that achieved ISO certification in 1997, which remains an important part of the company’s professional standards today. He also helped lead the company’s transition into electronic commerce and modern supply coordination practices.


Mr. Gandolfo has traveled extensively throughout international markets while supporting customer relationships and company growth initiatives. His leadership continues to focus on operational efficiency, global business development, and maintaining the company’s long standing reputation for dependable service and professionalism.

Joe Black

Chief Financial Officer

Joe Black serves as Chief Financial Officer for OHM International Corporation and brings decades of financial, accounting, and operational experience to the company’s executive leadership team.



Following service in the United States Air Force as a medical technologist, Mr. Black earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Tech University in 1978. His professional background includes experience as a senior auditor and internal auditor for major organizations before joining OHM International Corporation in 2001 as Controller.


In 2015, Mr. Black was promoted to Chief Financial Officer where he continues to oversee financial operations while supporting the company’s long term business stability and strategic growth.


His financial expertise and operational knowledge continue to contribute to the company’s commitment to accountability, efficiency, and dependable customer service.

Mike Smith

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Smith serves as Chief Operating Officer for OHM International Corporation and plays a key role in managing operational efficiency, global supply coordination, and international logistics.



A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Smith began his professional career working within the restaurant and hotel industry where he specialized in sales, design, procurement, and commercial installation projects. He joined OHM International Corporation in March 2001 as an International Accounts Supervisor.


In 2002, Mr. Smith was promoted to Operations Manager where he focused on improving supply chain coordination, office operations, and warehouse performance. Over the years, he has remained actively involved in the company’s ISO quality management systems as well as compliance procedures relating to international export and import operations.


In 2025, Mr. Smith was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and continues to support OHM International Corporation through operational leadership, logistics management, and international coordination expertise.

John J. Mullins

Executive Vice President

John J. Mullins serves as Executive Vice President for OHM International Corporation and brings extensive international project management and industry experience to the company.



Mr. Mullins graduated from Iona College in New York in 1967 and began his professional career within the connector and power products industries where he developed strong technical expertise related to utility and industrial applications.


He joined OHM International Corporation in 1973 as a Sales Representative within the company’s international division and later advanced into international project management responsibilities. Throughout his career with OHM International Corporation, Mr. Mullins has worked closely with engineering consultants, international customers, and major infrastructure projects around the world.


His leadership and international experience have contributed significantly to the company’s expansion into worldwide markets and the continued development of global business relationships.
